My wife and I have just begun our property investment journey. We've wanted to invest for several years. And we're finally in a position to actually take that leap and jump in talking with the Team at Calla has removed a whole bunch of nervousness and anxiety from us finally getting into the property investment game, looking at how they stepped us through the journey through the process of identifying the macro environment, and then really honing in on the micro requirements within from an economics perspective, they've really shown that they truly are masters of understanding the property environment here in Australia, and identifying areas where we can really capitalize simply by just getting involved in the market. That certainly is something that my wife and I would not have been able to do by ourselves across multiple properties. And realistically, you probably would have struggled with just the one being in an area that's away from home so we're not able to get feet on the ground to be able to validate these real opportunities. Having the colour team available to us, though, has meant that they've really been able to eyeball the builders see the land, and make sure that they understand that Yep, these are legitimate developments and things are safe.
